Structure Must:
-Facilitate collaboration between employees, between employees and clients and between employees and other archtects and designers
-Serve as calling card/ advertisement for ESD and ESB
-Provide sufficient privacy/ autonomy for employees to work alone when necessary
-Be adaptable and expandable
-Convey impressions of professionality, cleanliness, order, happiness, innovation, excitement, integration.
This design concept draws inspiration from traditional Japanese Minka farmhouses, Frank Lloyd Wright's Usonian House, traditional timber-framed cob and wattle-and-daub homes from Europe, and the Design Shops of the MG Taylor Corporation.
