• Releasing attachments to past events and patterns in behavior, consciousness etc.., in order to be free and present now
• Releasing judgments and moving into compassionate self-forgiveness
• Cultivating the ability to observe ones experience from a perspective beyond ego
• Cultivating a learning orientation to life and deep trust in the infinite wisdom of the process
• And probably most of all, spiritual growth is demonstrated by a capacity to stay centered in a place of unconditional loving and trust, regardless of the circumstances.

Q: What does Gaia Sangha mean?

A: GAIA- the ancient Greek supreme goddess of Earth, and an ecological hypothesis proposing that the biosphere and the physical components of the Earth are closely integrated to form a self-regulating living system

SANGHA- an ancient Pali word meaning "association" or "community" with a common goal, vision or purpose. Traditionally, in Buddhism Sangha means the monastic Sangha of ordained Buddhist monks or nuns. In a stricter sense, Sangha can mean the assembly of all beings possessing some high degree of realization, however I do not mean to use it in this way, only the general sense of a community supporting each other in their spiritual practice and living in harmony with the greater community of life on earth.
